5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and audio clips
• Software, code, and user interface design
• Game mechanics, rules, and concepts
• Trademarks, service marks, and trade names

are the exclusive property of BonoGames or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any such content is strictly prohibited.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit, upload, or share any content through our applications (such as usernames, avatars, or messages), you grant BonoGames a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. In-App Purchases

Some of our applications may offer in-app purchases or premium features. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
